Based off the reports released from the board, they were admit to comply to the demands of the students.

Some of the major  concerns that were addressed included homecoming details, understaffing in the financial aid office, and the maintenance of the grounds and safety of Texas Southern University.

It was also addressed that the staff in the financial aid be given additional training that would improve interactions with students.
